- I have worked with various clients from celebrities to athletes. I have been featured on The KTLA morning show, "Debunking Workout Myths" and have contributed health and fitness content to fellow trainers for interviews and articles. I have advanced credentials from both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). From ISSA I am a Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition and from NASM I am a Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have earned a BS degree in Physical Education from Novus University.
